  2.        Gain access to newsgroups with Internet Explorer.  A newsgroup works like a bulletin board.
  3.        Topical information is posted to the newsgroup. Subscribers to the newsgroup access the
  4.        information.  Use the Mail Tool menu to access newsgroups.
